I am Kasie Okakpu, from Nigeria. I recently graduated from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike with MSc in Food Chemistry and Biotechnology. I look forward to pursuing a PhD program in Food Science abroad. I have really benefited from the resources and mentorship of EduAfrikScholars, especially from the six weeks skill acquisition program. I can now properly write my CV, write catching emails to potential supervisors (Professors), write well articulated statement of purpose (SOP) and research proposal, and analyze some data.
