Samuel is a recent MSc Biotechnology graduate from the University of Chester, United Kingdom, with a Biochemistry Undergraduate major from Kogi State University, Nigeria.
He has won prestigious national and international scholarships during his studies, including the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship, the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship, the NNPC/TOTAL National Merit Scholarship Award, and many other non-academic awards of excellence and leadership.
He is passionate about biomedical research with specific interests in toxicology, cancer research, drug discovery and bioinformatics. So, he is interning at the Helix Biogen Institute, where he is applying in silico techniques for vaccine design, genomics and cancer therapy.
He is an ardent lover of quality education and youth development. Therefore, he has organized community development projects which provided primary education for homeless children and has provided guidance to undergraduate scholarship enthusiasts through his social media platforms resulting in multiple scholarship awards for beneficiaries.
