Amara Ndukwe is a 300L student studying Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, Nigeria. In addition to her studies, she is also a freelancer with a skill in customer service representation and is currently pursuing further studies in digital skills. Amara found the two-day CIPM conference on March 14-15, 2023 to be an amazing and educational experience. She gained valuable insights into the objectives of the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA), green work-life balance, and the effects of virtual work performance on employees. Amara believes that the knowledge and ideas she gathered at the conference will be useful in her upcoming project defense and future research.
