Stanley Osinachi Okafor is a data-driven research and analytics professional operating at the intersection of health systems research, applied data analytics, and evidence-based decision-making. His work integrates advanced analytical methods with real-world application, with a growing focus on optimising community mental health services within the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS).

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Derby (UK), as well as a Bachelor of Science and a National Diploma in Accounting. His multidisciplinary foundation in accounting, finance, and econometrics underpins his transition into data analytics, healthcare systems research, and digital transformation, enabling him to deliver high-impact, data-informed solutions across sectors.

Stanley currently contributes to data-driven service improvement within community mental health services, where he applies analytical techniques to patient pathways, waiting lists, and service performance datasets. His work supports critical NHS priorities, improving access to care, strengthening care coordination, and enhancing operational decision-making through actionable insights.

Beyond his applied NHS role, Stanley is the Founder and Research Lead of Donmaths Research Consultancy, an initiative dedicated to strengthening research capability and data literacy across academic and professional communities. Through this platform, he has established a Data-Driven Research Community, delivering structured, apprenticeship-based training in research methodology, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making. These initiatives have empowered students and individuals from underprivileged backgrounds by expanding access to research and data skills education, while fostering inclusive participation in data-driven learning, academic progression, and professional development.
