Paschal Chimezie Igbokwe

Paschal Igbokwe is a committed public servant, researcher, and social justice advocate. He currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Anambra State on Innovation and Business Incubation. Paschal is a graduate of Public Administration and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Nigeria. With a strong foundation in public administration and community engagement, Paschal has been instrumental in driving initiatives aimed at empowering underserved communities in Nigeria.
As the founder of Dpax Empowerment Foundation, Paschal has dedicated his career to nonprofit work, social work, focusing on advocacy, mentorship, and the provision of educational opportunities for marginalized groups. Through this platform, he has spearheaded initiatives addressing poverty, child welfare, and skill acquisition programs, positively impacting countless lives.
Paschal also plays a key role as the leader of Communication and Advocacy Team and Secretary of the Board at Education African Scholars Global Connect, where he assists African youths in identifying study-abroad opportunities, securing scholarships, and navigating the admissions process. His passion for education and advocacy reflects his commitment to creating pathways for equitable access to global opportunities.
His academic pursuits and research interests align closely with his advocacy work. Paschal has authored and co-authored several published papers, including those exploring the impacts of child poverty, gender equality in education, and AI in public service delivery in Nigeria. He is deeply invested in policy reform, community development, and social work, actively contributing to research and programs that address systemic inequities.
Paschal is also a member of professional organizations such as the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). His work has earned him recognition for leadership, academic excellence, and service to the community.
Through his roles in public service and the nonprofit sector, Paschal continues to advocate for social justice and sustainable development, ensuring that underrepresented groups have access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive.
