Chiamaka Linda Mgbechidinma obtained her 1st degree in Microbiology at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a first class and was celebrated as a best-graduating student in her department, faculty, and at the institution level. A similar success story was her fate as she completed her 1st MSc in Microbiology at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria with a distinction. Her 2nd MSc in Ocean Technology and Engineering was also bagged strongly with distinction in one of the world’s best universities in China (Zhejiang University) on fully funded scholarship. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. Her research explores interaction and feedback loops between microbiology, ocean technology, and cell/molecular biology subjected to identifying and addressing research gaps relevant to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Presently, she is the general coordinator of the Organization of Masters Grooming (OMG) initiative under the umbrella of the Organization of African Academic Doctors (OAAD). Linda contributes to society by mentoring youths and sharing her wealth of knowledge, especially through her online visibility on YouTube (MC Linda Global).
